From 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, at the Temporary Exhibition Pavilion and dedicated to the large public
The year 2022 has been declared by the United Nations as the International Year of Glass. Glass was first made and used in Mesopotamia and Egypt 3,000 years ago. Over the centuries, manufacturing techniques have never ceased to be improved. But what do we really about this material? To answer this question, the Tunis Science City, in collaboration with the Tunisian Glass Company (SOTUVER) and the SIALA Company, will organize a special event under the theme of "The future is in glass", which will be on Thursday, March 17th, 2022, at the temporary exhibition pavilion. This day is dedicated to large public and will shed light on the glass industry, as well as flat glass in Tunisia.
