Training Day about Energy Efficiency in Industry

Within the framework of its scientific and technological activities, the Tunis Science City organizes with the Competitiveness Cluster "Pol.i.tech-Gabes", in collaboration with the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris (CNAM) and with the support of the French Institute of Tunis (IFT), a training day about "Energy efficiency in industry", on Thursday, February 24th, 2022.
During this training session, three main topics will be tackled. The first one is an overview about energy consumption in industry and the different trends related to it. The second one is about the importance of energy efficiency and energy management for energy intensive industries. The final one is about research, development and innovation programmes for energy efficiency and energy transition in industry.
The speaker is Mr. Christophe MARVILLET who is a university professor at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris (CNAM), the General Director of the French Institute of Industrial Cooling and Thermal Engineering, holder of the "Applied Energy" chair at the "CNAM-Paris", and President of the Group for Research on Heat Exchangers (GRETh) in Chambéry.
Registration fees without accommodation are as following:
- For industrialists and professionals: 250 TD/participant excluding VAT.
- For academics: 150 TD/participant excluding VAT.
