Agrarian calendars, climate and agriculture

Agrarian calendars are characterized by the division of different periods during the seasons. They mainly represent cycles of cultivation and climatic irregularities, which systematically have impacts on agricultural practices. Gorrat Al Anz, Jamrat Lahwa, Jamrat Al Maa respectively announce the extreme cold, water warming, and the end of winter season. How can the farmer ensure a good agricultural productivity and preserve the environmental heritage while following these short periods?
