This symposium entitled “The memory of water and the future landscape “was jointly organized by the Tunis Science City, the Unit of Research of horticulture, landscapes and environment and the Higher School of Agronomical Sciences of Chott-Meriem (University of Sousse). It brought together hydraulic experts, engineers, technicians, academics, artists, students, etc. The themes being tackled were related to the possibility of developing and reinforcing the links between science, technology and society. Waterwheel Institute, University of Griffith from Australia, Reciclarte Institution from Argentina, and Cinq Collège Institution from USA contributed to this event.
