Light in the operating room

At Explora pavilion

The lightening of operation rooms inside hospitals particularly those of operating areas was a recurrent problem in the past especially in some surgical interventions. Shadows, focalization and heat produced by light bother surgeons. Today, this kind of lightening has evoluated. It becomes favorable for visualizing relief structures, avoids the drying of tissues and varies according to the surgical intervention. Laser is also a great revolutionary invention in medicine particularly in ophthalmology. Its rays have exceptional properties: they are thin and well concentrated, the reason why many diseases can be treated thanks to them.
