The Tunis Science City and the Bureau d’Etudes Atlas Consult  jointly organized a lecture entitled Nanomaterials (air, water and soil) for environmental remediation. This lecture was given by an Egyptian environment expert, Professor El Safty. The latter is an internationally renowned scientist, especially in England and Japan. He has discovered, just after Fushima disaster, a low cost and a very efficient method to get rid of radiation from water, and to purify it of radioactive components. The lecturer also got the attendees acquainted, within the context of his tour all around the Mediterranean, with new methods, with the hope of being able to implement them in Tunisia as well as in the Arab world.
