Farmers have their own calendar corresponding to changing seasons. They use it to organize their agricultural activities. The calendar indicates different periods of the year: cold nights (Ellyeli Elbidh ), windy days (El Azara and Al Hssoum), great heats (Aoussou), and the famous storm (Ghasselet Ennoueder), announcing the beginning of autumn. This calendar has always been used by farmers whether in Tunisia or in North Africa.
