Karol Beffa is a French pianist and composer. He was a child prodigy. He won the seven first prizes in the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. He is presently teaching at the Sorbonne, at the Ecole Polytechnique and at the Ecole Normale Supérieur. He won an award of classical music for his musical compositions in 2013. He is a great talented improviser, as he works regularly within the framework of cine-concerts and totally embraces the atmosphere when it comes to great silent movies.
