During this lecture, the young public discovered the cinematographic trompe l’oeil: the different types of trucage, the special effects used to simulate assaults, falls down, fires, the way to make actors look older and to restore old cities and their yesteryear atmosphere, as well as the contribution of computer’s tools to succeed in making believe in cinematographic illusion.
