Yoga for well being

Yoga is an ancient Indian art the purpose of which is to promote individual health and well-being through physical and mental exercise and deep breathe and relaxation. Indeed yoga gives us some space to refresh our mind, body and spirit and gets us to cope better with stress of daily life. The young public discovered a lot about this relaxing and fun exercise.
