From 10.00 am to 3.30 pm
Within the framework of its scientific, cultural and technical activities, the Tunis Science City organizes, in partnership with the Ministry of National Defense and the Tunisian Association of Aeronautics (ATA), the Aeronautics Days, on December, 23rd and 24th, 2020, for the benefit of the large public, particularly youngsters. “The wings of the City” is the slogan chosen for this second edition, which celebrates two important events: the first one is the International Civil Aviation Day (December 7th), and the second one is the 110th anniversary of the first flight in Tunisia (Dating back to the 6th of September, 1910).
The Programme of the Aeronautics days is composed of conferences, which will be given by professionals, a contest about the construction of planes with flight tests, a painting contest, exhibitions and booths, film screenings, and mechanics workshops.
In addition to all these activities, the public will attend a paramotor show, a displaying of planes, and shooting photos sessions.
