The Tunis Science City concluded a contract on October 20th, 2020, with the expert advisor Mr. Bechir LASSOUED for guidance in the project’s elaboration “Establishment project”, for the first time since its creation, during the five-year term 2021-2025, which goes in parallel with the project elaborated by the different state structures for the same period. This contract was signed within the framework of the instauration of strategic basis for planning and governed work, in order to develop the skills of its workers on the one hand and on the other hand for the renewal of working methods, tools and mechanisms and the improvement of its performances and its efficiency.

The contract mainly includes the following steps:

1/The participative diagnosis with all the structures of the Tunis Science City.

2/The elaboration of a planning programme over three levels: short (2021), medium (2023), and long term (2025).

3/Drafting the establishment contract during the period from 2021 to 2025. 

4/The revision of the organizational structure of the Tunis Science City in order to improve the performance and insure the opening up of new horizons and career advancement for its skilled staff.

5/The revision of the staff regulations in accordance with the particularities of the Tunis Science City and its structures, which will enable the upgrading of efficiency at work and the promotion of the general social atmosphere.
